The Federal Ministry of health and the Society Committee Against COVID-19 (SOSOCOVID) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to document the activities of government, non-governmental, private and other organizations at the peak of the pandemic in Nigeria.
The event took place at the ministries conference hall on Wednesday in Abuja, Mr okechukwu Okwudili the representative of the Ministry while signing the mou said that Nigerian government, partners and other relevant stakeholders played vital roles in curbing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
According to him, the Ministry and SOSOCOVID’s decision to write a book about all the efforts was a welcome development and for posterity sake.
