NIGERIA To Get 4.8 Million Doses Of MODERNA

After months of waiting, The NIGERIA Government will now receive Four Million, Eighty Thousand Doses of Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines on Monday, the second of August, 2021.

A statement from the office of the executive director of the primary health care development agency, DOCTOR FAISAL SHUAIB, says the vaccines are a donation from the American government.

The expected vaccines will be the second shipment of vaccines the government is receiving after the first batch of astrazenecca was brought in in march

Nigeria ran out of vaccines after an initial four million doses of astrazenecca, received from the covax facility were utilized three weeks ago, amidst a resurgence of cases.
